Kiptas Basaksehir 5.Stage Metrokent Project was designed in Esenler county of Istanbul. There were residences, shopping center, hotel, entertainment center and business center functions within the context of the project. Total gross building area is 419 788,86 m2.The workpiece was the preparation of the construction drawings of residence blocks.
In Istanbul, Ikitelli Basaksehir district, a sports center and a football stadium was designed for amateur sports and athletes. It also covers the indoor Olympic swimming pool and gym belonging to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. The total building area is 103 883.03 m2. Eminonu Registry office was designed as wedding hall, shopping areas and social facilities in Istanbul’s Eminonu District on Kennedy Street, in Catladikapi position. The total building area is 3000 m2. The workpiece was the preparation of concept and construction drawings.
The Suleymaniye Urban Transformation Project aimed to regain the historic fabric of Suleymaniye, the distinguished district of the historical peninsula, and it is expected to regain the beauties of old Istanbul. The workpiece was the preparation of the construction drawings of the residences projected on 40 blocks within the context of the project.
The project included Incirli Station of the available Aksaray-Airport LRT line, Bakirkoy-Sefakoy-Avcilar-Beylikduzu starting station of the light rail line, the last station of Yenikapi-Incirli subway line and Incirli Station point of the subway line of IDO-Bagcilar. The area was considered as an urban center. Under the project, Administrative Services (District Government Office, County Council, County Police Department) shopping center, offices and a large city square surrounding these buildings were designed and a connection with the transfer center was provided. The total closed building area is 35.953,00 m2.The workpiece was the preparation of concept project.
Multifunctional Complex Central Core-MIBC Moscow City was designed as a structure with the function of a shopping mall. The total building area is 130,000 m2. The workpiece was the construction drawings studies.
The complex is designed in the western part of the city, and located close to the airport and Agip KCO training center. Total building area is 132,755m2. The Office building total building area is 5,505 m2. The workpiece was the preparation of office building construction drawings within the context of the complex.
The project was held in Tripoli, Libya. The project with total building area of 23,000m2 covers VIP lounge, restaurant, conference rooms and other technical units. The workings related to the purchase of all necessary materials for the construction of the convention center, and to the coordination between all departments were carried out.
